Maine Hockey Developments 2012 tournament series will wind up August 19th with our SUMMER JAMBOREE medal games at USM Gorham and Falmouth Family Ice.

This years spring and summer events were very exciting with teams from Canada, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine competing in all our events that spanned Tier 4 thru AAA.

Through the cooperation and efforts of our local rink facilities we were able to offer 215 games, at an hour and a quarter each, spanning 4 weekends for a total of 268 hours of fun and competitive youth hockey in just 12 days.

We would like to thank all the associations and organizations for their participation in this years events and hope to see their teams participate in our upcoming October 2012 events as well as our ongoing spring and summer events for 2013.

We would also like to thank USM Gorham Ice Arena, Portland Ice Arena, Falmouth Family Ice, Ingersoll Arena, Cumberland County CC, NYA, Biddeford Ice Arena and AB Colisee as well as the Greater Portland Referees Association, Merry Manor Inn, Fireside Inn, Holiday Inn Freeport and Hampton Inn S Portland for all their assistance and support to make these events a fun experience for the youth players and families.
